Parkes Law Group, LLC
If you have trouble with the Law or Police
Three “3″ Rules:
Criminal Defense Rule 1:
You have the right to remain silent at all times. The less you say, the better it is for your case. Do not say anything until you have contacted an experienced criminal defense attorney.
Criminal Defense Rule 2:
Everything you do or say is likely recorded. Everything you don’t do or say is also recorded. Being quiet is better! Often, the only information the police have is what you tell them. Be careful, remain silent, and call an experienced Criminal Trial Lawyer now at (303) 781-1533.
Criminal Defense Rule 3:
Be polite and respectful to police officers; they are doing their job and you never know when you will need them. If someone you care about has been arrested, call our experienced criminal defense attorneys at (303) 781-1533. We have three office locations throughout Denver. We have offices in Downtown Denver, Englewood, and availability in Greeley and elsewhere in Colorado. If you live beyond Denver, call us. Our criminal defense attorneys represent many clients along the front-range and throughout the state.
Criminal Trial
At any criminal trial, the prosecution must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the defendant committed the crime. This means the prosecution must convince a jury to 90% certainty or more, that the defendant was the culprit of the crime in question. The criminal defense lawyer does the opposite. Both sides use evidence. The rules of evidence are complex and important to ensure that your rights are protected at trial.
Do not do any interviews with Police. Do not speak to anybody about anything.
In addition to your absolute constitutional right to remain silent, you have many other, lesser-known, rights that are essential to your case. We strongly recommend that you speak to a criminal defense attorney as soon as possible. (303)-781-1533.
Attorney-Client Privilege
Conversations and information between you and your attorney is strictly confidential. We respect that criminal charges are a private matter and effect your work and family. Confidentiality is paramount.
Please respect that we reserve the right to refuse to represent anybody.
Being charged with a crime does not make you a bad person. However, facing criminal charges is a serious matter and it can be a scary process. The criminal law attorneys at Parkes Law Group will work with you to explain the situation on a step-by-step basis in order to keep you fully informed at each stage of Criminal Procedure and all the way through Trial.
Should a criminal defense case require an expert, Parkes Law Group, LLC is proud to be part of exclusive professional networks and can find the right expert for your case. Expert witness testimony is often a deciding factor in criminal cases and criminal trials. Forensic evidence can be disputed and dismissed as speculative. Experts provide the knowledge to educate the jury in criminal trials. Denver, Colorado has many dynamic professionals able to help you in your case, but our network of experts is not limited to Denver but throughout Colorado and beyond.
Our trial attorney defense team aims to uphold the principles of the 4th, 5th, and 6th Amendments of the United States Constitution. We feel strongly about our own rights. Your rights are Our Rights.
